Job Details:

• Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• One weekend shift required per month (Saturday and Sunday availability needed)
• 2-3 years of experience required with adult, SNF/IRF/Acute settings
• Oversee approximately 9 patients and report on them during team conference
• Work with adult patient population
• Provide occupational therapy services across neurological rehabilitation, spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, stroke rehabilitation, amputation, orthopedics, wound care, and respiratory therapy cases
• Ability to float to Gilbert location (approximately 15 minutes away) if needed based on census
• Work with equipment including In-motion, Synaptic, EKSO, and VR systems
• Utilize UDS and Cerner electronic health record systems
• Scrub color required: Maroon
