About the Position

Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Technician Profession: Technician Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Two or more years of Cath Lab and/or Electrophysiology experience License: RCIS or RAD required Certifications: BLS & ACLS required Must-Have: Candidate must live 50 miles away. Ability to adapt to multiple and changing priorities. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Effective interpersonal skills. Description: The Cath Lab technician works in a multidisciplinary lab. This role supports patients undergoing invasive diagnostic cardiac and vascular testing or interventional procedures. The technician performs scrub and monitoring duties utilizing all aspects of catherization equipment. Responsibilities include applying prescribed procedures for the operation of radiology imaging equipment. Experience in other specialties will be a plus.
