Mammography Technologist

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mammography imaging procedures in a radiology/cardiology setting
• Operate and maintain mammography equipment in accordance with established protocols
• Float within the contracted facility or to nearby affiliate facilities as needed
• Complete required onboarding and annual compliance modules prior to and during assignment
• Adhere to holiday coverage requirements, including availability for 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year)

Required Qualifications

• Valid California state license required and must be in hand at time of submission
• Relevant mammography certifications required (copies must be provided)
• Minimum required years of mammography experience per facility guidelines
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records system
• Must be willing to float to sister facilities nearby the contracted location
• Two professional references covering at least one year of experience within the last three years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel technologist experience in a mammography or radiology setting
• Familiarity with compliance requirements specific to California healthcare facilities
