Key Responsibilities of the CMA - Medical Assistant

• Rooming patients and obtaining vital signs
• Preparing injection and procedural trays
• Performing casting and order entry
• Assisting with wound care and medication refills
• Supporting EMR documentation in EPIC

Requirements of the CMA - Medical Assistant

• BLS Certification
• Ability to perform catheter insertion and care
• Experience with splinting and wound management
