Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a travel assignment in Peoria, IL. This role is perfect for a skilled Respiratory Therapist specializing in acute care environments, working with general med, intermediate, and ICU patients.

Key Responsibilities of the Respiratory Therapist

• Provide respiratory therapy to patients using AARC point system with assignments around 26-28 points
• Care for general medical, intermediate, and ICU patients
• Utilize equipment such as Servo U, Servo i, LTV ventilators, ResMed S9, and Fisher Paykel high flow systems
• Collaborate with hospitalists or intensivists available 24/7
• Participate in a thorough orientation including EPIC training and specialty item reviews

Requirements of the Respiratory Therapist

• Active IL license or confirmation that the application process has been initiated
• BLS certification
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) certification
• Experience in a large (300+ beds) critical care facility
• Negative drug screen for all panels
