About the Position

Job Title: MRI Technologist Profession: Radiologic Technologist Specialty: MRI Duration: 13 weeks Shift: PM Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum Years of Experience required License: None required Certifications: ARRT (R)(MR); BLS Must-Have: Experience with GE scanners; Familiarity with adult, neuro, musculoskeletal, body, and breast imaging; Cerner experience preferred Description: This role involves performing MRI procedures with a focus on patient care and safety. The technologist will operate MRI equipment to capture diagnostic images. Collaboration with the healthcare team is essential to ensure high-quality imaging. Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining imaging standards. Effective communication skills are required to explain procedures to patients. The position involves maintaining equipment cleanliness and functionality. Adherence to protocols and procedures is necessary for patient safety. The technologist will participate in ongoing education and training. Availability for full-time shifts, Monday through Friday, is expected. This role does not require call obligations. Candidates must possess strong technical skills and a commitment to patient care.
