Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience, specifically in pediatric care. Extensive critical care experience in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, and Emergency Department is required. There are no call requirements for this position. Level I trauma experience is highly preferred. The facility mandates flu vaccination for the upcoming flu season and will not accept any exemptions, including medical or religious ones. Candidates must be prepared to work every other weekend. The role involves floating between ICU, ED, and general pediatric care areas. Additionally, candidates must meet the nicotine-free policy of the facility and will be tested along with drug screening.
