About the Position

Job Title: CT Technologist Profession: Imaging Specialty: General Imaging Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12hr Day Shift Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a hospital setting License: State license required Certifications: BLS, ARRT-CT Must-Have: Toshiba Canon Aquilion experience preferred Description: This position involves dual responsibilities of CT and Diagnostic Radiology. Candidates should have general patient care experience. No neurosurgery or cardiac experience is required. General CT experience from a hospital setting is essential. Patient ratios are 1:1. Support within the department includes imaging assistants, transport, and patient assistance. Reception and telemetry monitoring skills are also beneficial. The technology used includes EMR and unit-specific equipment. The unit culture promotes a positive work environment. Weekend rotation and on-call responsibilities are determined on a contract-specific basis. Holiday expectations are also contract-specific. Scheduling specifics, including shift times, are contract-specific. Scrub colors are flexible.
