About the Position

Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapy Specialty: Home Health Duration: 26 Weeks Shift: Variable Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: Minimum of 1 year preferred, willing to consider other experience License: State license required Certifications: BLS certification required Must-Have: Experience with adult patient types, including post-ortho surgeries, fall risks, deconditioning, and mobility issues Description: ASAP start needed. Manager interviews will be conducted. Home health office has a supportive environment with available leadership via phone. Will mostly see adults but may encounter some school-aged children (rare). Patient load is typically 20-25 patients per physical therapist. Travel within the county may involve distances of 50-100 miles per day. A weekend rotation is expected, with 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks. Holiday expectations include open availability for major and minor holidays, with the requirement to work 50% of holidays in the contract. Shift times are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday; a 4-day workweek option may be considered. Scrub color is business casual or any solid-colored scrubs.
