About the Position

Job Title: Ultrasound Tech - Vascular Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Ultrasound Tech - Vascular Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: 2 years License: Compact or Louisiana license required Certifications: BLS, ARDMS, ARDMS RVT, CCI RVS, RDCS - RVT Must-Have: - Minimum of 2 years experience in specialty - Must accept assignments to an emergency team as required - Comfortable reporting to unit management during emergency events Description: The role involves performing vascular ultrasound procedures. The average daily census is approximately 10 visits per day. The work hours will be from 06:30 to 17:00 or from 07:30 to 16:00. Certifications preferred include ARDMS, ARDMS RVT, CCI RVS, and RDCS - RVT. Charting experience is beneficial. Familiarity with equipment necessary for procedures like dialysis grafts, Doppler studies, and duplex imaging is required. No call or weekend shifts are expected. Travelers with 2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply. Orientation will take place over a specified time frame. References are needed to complete the hiring process. All requirements must be met to ensure compliance before starting the position.
