Key Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions and disorders
• Administer respiratory therapy treatments including oxygen therapy and mechanical ventilation
• Evaluate patient response to therapy and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Collaborate with the clinical care team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities

Required Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Therapist license in the state of Virginia
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
• Must comply with facility badging and identification requirements at all times
• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• Current BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in an acute care or hospital setting
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential preferred
