Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | 8-hour shifts with 7am or 8am start | Schedule includes one weekend day (e.g., Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Evaluate and treat patients across a variety of diagnoses including CVA, TBI, SCI, neurological conditions, cardiac, and orthopedic cases
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize patient functional outcomes
• Document patient progress and clinical notes accurately using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Virginia Occupational Therapist license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation
• Proficiency with Epic EMR

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation with a neurological patient population
• Familiarity with treating neuro, cardiac, and orthopedic diagnoses in an inpatient setting
