Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 4x10 Schedule (40 hrs/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the supervising Physical Therapist in implementing patient treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions as directed by the Physical Therapist
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes in condition to the supervising therapist
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and therapeutic techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of South Carolina
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work a 4x10 daytime schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and clinical staff
