Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services across multiple care settings including outpatient, inpatient, long-term care, swing-bed, and school environments
• Evaluate and treat patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care across settings

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Texas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or eligibility
• Experience working in a clinical or hospital-based setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in long-term care or swing-bed settings
• Prior experience providing services in a school-based environment
• Comfort working across both inpatient and outpatient populations
