Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 5 x 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physical therapy interventions
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of South Carolina (or eligibility to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Prior clinical experience as a Physical Therapist

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an outpatient or rehabilitation setting
• Strong documentation and electronic medical records (EMR) skills
