Contract | Nights | 4x10-hour shifts | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a high volume of MRI studies averaging 30 scans per day, including musculoskeletal imaging, basic neuro, abdominal/pelvic imaging, radiation oncology, and breast imaging
• Operate Siemens MRI scanners within a department housing up to 4 total scanners, including a mobile unit
• Manage and care for a diverse patient population including pacer and anesthesia patients, as well as ICU and NICU patients
• Start and manage intravenous (IV) access as required for contrast studies
• Utilize PACS and EMR systems to document and manage imaging studies
• Adhere to department dress code requirements including black scrubs with black or gray jacket or undershirt

Required Qualifications

• Active ARRT certification (MRI)
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of MRI experience
• Hands-on experience with Siemens MRI equipment
• Ability to perform IV starts independently

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Philips MRI equipment
• Prior travel MRI technologist experience
• Level II or higher trauma center experience
