Key Responsibilities

• Organize and conduct medically prescribed Occupational Therapy programs to improve patients' quality of life following injury, disease, or loss of a body part.
• Provide outpatient hand therapy services with the ability to float to an acute care setting as needed.
• Apply clinical judgment while maintaining an empathetic and understanding attitude toward patients.
• Deliver patient care with consideration to gender, age, cultural differences, and educational needs.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of a professional Occupational Therapy program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
• Current, active Occupational Therapist license to practice in the state of Montana.
• Modality Endorsement in compliance with Montana state guidelines.
• Amiable personality with the ability to make sound clinical judgments.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in outpatient hand therapy.
• Experience floating between outpatient and acute care settings.
