Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 40 hours per week (8x5s)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions
• Meet department objectives while delivering high-quality patient care
• Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups
• Accurately document patient care and treatment progress within the required EMR system
• Float to other sites as needed based on staffing and census requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• Epic EMR experience within the last 12 months
• Cerner EMR experience within the last 5 years
• Each work history entry must identify the charting system used; if multiple EMR systems were used within a single position, dates must be provided to clarify when each system was used
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required if license was obtained on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum of two years of Physical Therapy experience
• Prior experience successfully completing a travel or contract assignment
