Medical Laboratory Technician - (Med Lab Tech - MLT)

MT/MLT jobs in Cut Bank, MT let you work in a 13-bed hospital, performing laboratory testing and phlebotomy. Generally, techs will work 4 10h shifts during the day. Likely 0700-1730 will take 2-3 nights of call per week. Call is from 1730-0700. As of right now (11/13/2025), there will be infrequent or no weekends of call. This is subject to change. You will handle specimen collection, processing, and analysis to support patient care. Required qualifications include ASCP certified, Montana State Laboratory Licensure as MT or MLT, which must be in hand at time of submission, and proficiency in phlebotomy. Required Qualifications
Medical Technologist/Clinical Lab Scientist, Laboratory Licenses: MT-MT(Copy needed) Certifications: MEDTECH-American Society of Clinical Pathology(Copy needed) OR Medical Laboratory Technician, Laboratory SSN Required DOB Required Shift: 7-530 4 days a week with call every other weekend and 50% of weeknights until mid may when our new hire starts. Once that person is trained it will drop to every 3rd weekend and 1/3 of weekday night.
• Scheduling:
o Weekend rotation: Every other weekend? Yes, possibly every other weekend.
o Call? If so, what is that schedule? Several weeknight call nights, weekend call, possibly every other weekend.
o Holiday Expectations: Possibility of working Holidays or being on-call on Holidays
