Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (5x8-Hour Shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services with a focus on orthopedic and neurological patients, primarily post-operative cases
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized Plans of Care (POC) for each patient
• Deliver all treatments on a 1:1 basis, managing approximately 9 patients per day
• Perform AROM, AAROM, and PROM techniques as clinically indicated
• Utilize and instruct patients in assistive devices, body mechanics, and pain assessment strategies
• Complete discharge planning and documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid California Physical Therapist license (required at time of submission)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required at time of submission)
• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Proficiency in orthopedic and outpatient clinic settings
• Demonstrated skills in AROM/AAROM/PROM, assistive devices, body mechanics, pain assessment, patient evaluation, POC development, and discharge planning

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous charge or supervisory experience in a clinical setting
• Two supervisor references preferred
• Experience working as a travel therapist is a plus; first-time travelers are welcome to apply
