Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday | Flexible start date; 13–26 week contract duration | Schedule options include 5x8, 4x9+4, or 4x10; must be available for 2 evenings per week until 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatments in a clinical setting
• Manage a caseload of approximately 55–63 patients per week
• Conduct evaluations scheduled at 1 hour and treatments scheduled at 2 per hour
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Raintree EMR
• Deliver patient-centered care in alignment with facility protocols and standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy (BSPT) or higher
• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient experience post-clinicals, or at least 1 year of PT experience in other settings post-clinicals
• Ability to complete required pre-assignment compliance modules prior to start
• Availability to work 2 evenings per week until 7:00 PM

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Raintree EMR
• Prior travel therapy or contract assignment experience
