Job Title

Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU)

Elk City, Oklahoma

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday with occasional weekend coverage | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients within an inpatient rehabilitation unit
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized patient treatment plans to support functional recovery
• Document patient progress and clinical notes using facility EMR system (Medi-Tech)
• Float on occasion to the Med-Surg/Swing Bed unit as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Oklahoma, or ability to obtain prior to start
• Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience in physical therapy
• Ability to work in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Compliance with facility dress code standards (any color scrubs or professional street clothes; no facility/company branding, or inappropriate imagery)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an inpatient rehabilitation or acute care hospital setting
• Familiarity with Medi-Tech or similar hospital EMR platforms
• Experience floating between units such as Med-Surg or Swing Bed
