Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Full-Time | 5x8-Hour Shifts (7:00–15:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services within a short-term acute care / Level III Trauma Center setting
• Manage a caseload of approximately 8–9 patients per day across various units
• Float between units as needed to meet patient care demands
• Participate in a weekend rotation (approximately one weekend every four weeks)
• Document patient care and progress using Epic electronic health records

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington State Occupational Therapist license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Acute care experience required
• Ability to float within the facility as needed
• Strong professional ethics and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Inpatient Rehabilitation (IPR) experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Epic charting system
