Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various types of respiratory equipment under physician request and departmental supervision
• Assist in the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory disease and/or illness
• Perform Pulmonary Function Tests (PFT) using Sentry Suite equipment
• Conduct Stress Tests as directed by the treating physician
• Apply knowledge relative to the age of patients serviced to ensure appropriate care delivery

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Graduation from a Respiratory Care Technician program accredited by the Joint Review Committee for Respiratory Care Education, or certification by the National Board of Respiratory Therapy
• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license in the state of Montana
• Hands-on experience with Sentry Suite PFT and Stress Tests

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a hospital or acute care respiratory therapy setting
• Familiarity with a broad range of respiratory diagnostic and therapeutic equipment
