Clinicians will work with a maximum patient ratio of 1:6. Experience in geriatrics, cardiopulmonary care, medical surgical, and orthopedics is required. Skills needed include proficiency in adaptive devices, AROM/AAROM/PROM, pain assessment, and skin integrity monitoring. Additional responsibilities involve patient family education, scheduling appointments, and managing medications. Travelers will have support from interdisciplinary teams. Maintaining a professional appearance is mandatory. Weekend work is not required for this position. The role does not require being on-call or floating outside of the scope of practice.
