The Speech Language Pathologist will provide essential services to pediatric patients with communication and swallowing disorders. Requirements
- Masters Degree in Speech and Language Pathology
- ASHA certification or in clinical fellowship year (CFY)
- AZ Department of Public Safety fingerprint clearance card
- AZ Department of Health Services license
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- 2 years of pediatric experience preferred
