About the Position

Opportunity:

PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Report to facility between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Weekend hours required once a month
• No on-call or float requirements
• Work with a general patient population including adults and geriatric patients
• Treat patients with common diagnoses including stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and debility
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist required
• Masters degree in Physical Therapy required
• Experience in acute care, skilled nursing facility, or inpatient rehabilitation hospital preferred
• Required certification: PT licensure
• Proficiency with EPIC and Rehab Connect EHR systems required
• Basic computer knowledge and strong written and verbal communication skills in English required
• Must be cooperative and team-oriented
• Black scrubs required
