This role involves working in a dynamic healthcare environment, focusing on in-patient rehabilitation and providing occupational therapy in a hospital setting. Key Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist

• Conduct in-patient rehab and/or hospital evaluations and treatments
• Perform neuro and ortho patient evaluations & treatments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop effective patient care plans
• Utilize Meditech for patient documentation and record keeping
• Adhere to facility's floating policy as needed

Requirements of the Occupational Therapist

• Active OT License (no Temporary License allowed)
• Minimum 2 years of in-patient rehab and/or hospital experience
• Preferred: 2-3 years of experience in rehab and/or acute hospital
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous
• NDT or brain injury certifications preferred
