Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services within a Critical Access Hospital setting
• Deliver care across multiple settings including inpatient, outpatient, home health, and nursing home
• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of diagnoses and functional limitations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and outcomes
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Nebraska or a Compact State license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued through the American Heart Association
• Experience providing physical therapy in an acute or clinical setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Critical Access Hospital or rural healthcare environment
• Comfort working across multiple care settings including home health and long-term care
