Key Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
• Accurately and timely document all therapy services provided
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs in accordance with applicable practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families to support optimal outcomes
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
• Active state Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient populations

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing setting
• Experience supervising or mentoring PTAs and Rehab Techs
