Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Days | Monday through Friday | Home Health

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in a home health setting
• Evaluate and treat patients with communication, swallowing, and related disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care

Required Qualifications

• Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of California
• Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
• Experience providing speech-language pathology services in a clinical or home health environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior home health experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with home health documentation and compliance requirements
