Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve functional abilities and independence
• Implement and monitor therapeutic interventions, adjusting plans as needed based on patient progress
• Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of California
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
• Ability to wear a visible photo badge at all times while on site
• Minimum 35-hour weekly availability guaranteed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a similar clinical or facility-based setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
