Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physical therapy interventions
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Current and active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
• Ability to wear a visible photo badge at all times while on assignment
• Minimum 35-hour weekly availability guarantee

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing environment
• Familiarity with a variety of patient populations and care settings
