Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Flexible scheduling available: 4x10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) or 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and provide direct physical therapy treatment to pediatric and neurological outpatient populations
• Supervise and support Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) involved in patient care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including co-treatment when clinically indicated
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with professional and facility standards
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills while focusing on positive patient outcomes
• Contribute to the overall operation of the outpatient therapy department through effective time management and teamwork

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Ohio (or eligibility)
• Pediatric physical therapy experience required
• Demonstrated clinical skills in evaluation and treatment within an outpatient setting
• Experience supervising Physical Therapist Assistants or support staff
• High moral and professional standards with a commitment to continuous professional development

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience treating neurological patient populations in an outpatient setting
• Familiarity with multidisciplinary team collaboration and co-treatment models
• Strong time management skills in a fast-paced outpatient environment
