Job Title

Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Location

Rancho Mirage, CA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (5x8 Hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Nuclear Medicine imaging procedures including MUGA scans, PYP scans, and Exercise/Pharmacological (Lexiscan) Stress Studies
• Provide nuclear cardiology imaging services for patient populations including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Document and chart patient information accurately using electronic health record systems
• Float within the hospital as needed within applicable skill set
• Maintain compliance with facility scheduling requirements, including holiday rotation coverage

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience required
• Active Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) credential required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Valid California state license must be held at time of submittal
• Experience with adult patient populations, clinic settings, and Nuclear Cardiology
• Hospital-based experience required; no first-time travelers accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic electronic charting system strongly preferred
• Familiarity with a broad range of nuclear medicine scan types and stress study protocols
