About the Position

Job Title

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – Operating Room (OR)

Contract | Evening Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Assist surgical teams throughout operative procedures in a fast-paced operating room environment
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields, instruments, and surgical supplies prior to and during procedures
• Support general, orthopedic, and neurological surgical cases
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and pass instruments and supplies as directed
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative process

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of CST experience required
• Active NCCT or NBSTSA certification required (documentation required at submission)
• Experience in general, orthopedic, and neurological surgical specialties required
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a regional referral center or high-volume operating room setting
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to varied surgical specialties and case types
