Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 5x8s, 40 hrs/week | Monday/Wednesday 10:30 AM–7:00 PM; Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-hour evaluations for general outpatient orthopedic patients
• Manage a caseload targeting 48–50 patient visits per week with a productivity standard of greater than 4.2 QCU per visit
• Provide physical therapy services to a diverse patient population including adults, geriatrics, young adults, orthopedic, neurological, sports medicine, and post-operative cases
• Complete clinical documentation using the NextGen documentation system, supported by AI-assisted documentation tools
• Collaborate with rehab aides, patient experience coordinators, and full-time PT staff to deliver quality patient care

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Active or eligible Physical Therapist licensure in the state of North Carolina
• Ability to meet productivity and documentation standards in an outpatient clinic setting
• Experience or clinical training in general outpatient orthopedics

Preferred Experience / Skills

• New graduates are welcome to apply; 1+ years of outpatient experience is a plus
• Familiarity with NextGen or similar electronic medical record systems
• Experience treating orthopedic, neurological, sports medicine, or post-operative patient populations
