CT Technologist (Radiology/Cardiology)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) | Onsite | Call rotation as assigned

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and complete diagnostic CT and radiographic procedures in accordance with established clinical guidelines and ARRT standards
• Prepare patients for examinations and position them appropriately for diagnostic imaging procedures
• Conduct routine radiographic studies within a high-volume diagnostic department averaging 270–290 scans per day
• Ensure radiation safety protocols are followed for both operator and patient throughout all procedures
• Operate GE and Toshiba/Canon CT equipment proficiently
• Document and chart patient information accurately using EPIC EMR

Required Qualifications

• ARRT certification required (CT and Radiography/XR)
• Ohio State Radiologic Technology license required (pending license accepted)
• Graduate of an accredited radiography program
• Minimum of 2 years of CT experience (less may be considered with Level I or Level II Trauma experience)
• BLS certification required
• EPIC EMR charting experience required
• Traveler's permanent address must be greater than 100 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a large hospital or Level I/II Trauma center setting
• Hands-on experience with GE and/or Toshiba/Canon imaging equipment
