CT Technologist (Radiology/Cardiology)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 4x10-Hour Shifts (18:00–06:30) | Every Other Weekend and Holidays as Assigned | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and complete diagnostic CT and radiographic procedures in accordance with established radiologic guidelines and standards
• Prepare patients for examinations and position them appropriately for diagnostic procedures following departmental policy
• Conduct routine radiographic studies in a high-volume diagnostic environment (approximately 270–290 scans per day)
• Ensure radiation safety for both the operator and patient throughout all procedures
• Operate GE and Toshiba/Canon CT equipment proficiently
• Document and chart using EPIC EMR; participate in on-call rotation as assigned within staff schedule

Required Qualifications

• ARRT certification in CT and Radiography (CT and XR) required
• Graduate of an accredited radiography program
• Ohio State License required (pending license accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of CT experience (less may be considered with Level I or Level II Trauma experience)
• BLS certification required
• EPIC EMR charting experience required
• Traveler's permanent address must be greater than 100 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a large hospital or Level I/Level II Trauma Center setting
• Hands-on experience with GE and/or Toshiba/Canon imaging equipment
