Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shifts (10-hour shifts starting at 0530, 0730, 0930, or 1300; no nights) | Weekend rotation required (every third to every other Saturday and Sunday)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform order verification and provide medication information support for patients housewide, including ED, Med Surg, OB, and NICU
• Check and manage medication fulfillment including Pyxis batches, IV batches, and first doses
• Operate within a central inpatient pharmacy setting, collaborating with 1–3 pharmacy technicians per shift
• Utilize Epic, Pyxis, and Carousel medication dispensing systems as part of daily workflow
• Work alongside at least one other pharmacist at all times; no medication reconciliation required
• Adhere to business casual or facility-appropriate dress code, including scrubs when in clean room or procedural areas

Required Qualifications

• Active Colorado Pharmacist license
• Current BLS certification
• Inpatient pharmacy experience with order verification and medication dispensing systems
• Ability to be present in state for the full week of department orientation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3 or more years of inpatient pharmacist experience strongly preferred
• Epic experience as a pharmacist strongly preferred
