About the Position

Job Title: CVOR Tech Profession: Technician Specialty: CVOR Duration: 13 weeks Shift: AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years preferred License: Required: State license in the applicable field Certifications: National certification preferred Must-Have: - Experience in Neurosurgery, Surgical Oncology, and Robotics is preferred. - Ability to float to General OR if needed. - Willingness to fulfill call requirements. - Weekend call is required. Description: Submission process includes interviews for all candidates. Floating to General OR will be expected as needed. On-call commitment is required: 60-72 hours every 4-week period. Candidates may choose to sign up for calls on their day off or on their scheduled workdays. Typically, staff will not be kept on call for the entire 12-hour shift. If staffing needs arise, a discussion will be held to offer the option to leave early. Two on-call rooms are available for staff during on-call nights. Weekly assignment length is 13 weeks with available start dates every Monday. Travelers must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the work location. State regulations require verification of education or national certification.
