About the Position

This ensures that patients receive pharmaceutical care that aligns with the department's mission. The Pharmacist identifies, resolves, and prevents drug-related problems. These activities are performed within the context of established policies, procedures, and techniques. Candidates must demonstrate application of drug knowledge and clinical judgment.
