They evaluate and treat a variety of individuals based upon the setting. The successful candidate will exhibit strong customer service skills. Strong clinical skills are essential for this role. Accurate documentation and positive patient outcomes are expected. Candidates must practice with high moral and professional standards. A drive toward continuous professional development is necessary. Effective time management and teamwork skills are qualities that contribute to success. There are responsibilities towards the supervision and development of supporting staff involved in patient care. This position involves outpatient physical therapy for pediatric and neuro populations. The role includes both evaluation and treatment. Supervision of support staff (PTA) is required. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is essential, including co-treatment when indicated. Candidates must reside outside a 60-mile radius. Holiday coverage is not required. Bilingual skills are not a factor for this role. The electronic medical record system used is EPIC.
