About the Position
Shift: Day - 8x5 - 09AM Description: A Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, and provides treatment to patients with injuries, disabilities, or medical conditions that limit movement and physical function. The PT helps patients improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation programs. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate patients’ physical conditions, mobility, strength, and functional abilities. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician referrals. Administer physical therapy treatments, therapeutic exercises, stretching, and manual therapy. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and families on exercises, injury prevention, and home care programs. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Valid state Physical Therapist license. CPR/BLS certification preferred.
