The facility has been a leading healthcare provider since 1952. The facility includes a 190-bed hospital, 17 medical offices, home care services, comprehensive cancer care, and a wide range of award-winning services. The Physical Therapist plans and conducts segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions. This role meets department objectives and serves as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups. The Physical Therapist completes evaluations to ensure quality standards and addresses assessment areas that require attention. Appropriate clinical techniques and tools are utilized to establish individualized treatment plans for patients. Therapy interventions are provided using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques. Individualized care and discharge plans are established and communicated to appropriate parties. Comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation is completed within established deadlines. Assigned assistants are supervised. Other job-related duties may be assigned as needed.
