Job Title: Clienttion Therapist Profession: Radiology/Cardiology Specialty: Clienttion Therapist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: Valid state license required Certifications: ARRT, CRT, BLS Must-Have: - Previous charge experience - Experience with Epic charting system - Travel experience required Description: Competently performs routine and specialized radiation treatments in accordance with the treatment plan developed by the physician. Works independently, exercising sound judgment and developed clinical skills to execute safe and precise procedures to deliver accurate results in a timely manner. Gains confidence and cooperation from the patient, their family/support group, and other healthcare providers through competent patient assessment, attentive monitoring, and effective communication. Adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure privacy and safety while delivering optimal patient care. May also be responsible for performing specific procedures and/or orienting other staff to the department. Experience with ARIA, CT Simulation, Eclipse (Varian), emergency cases, isolation precautions/PPE, radiation safety, and simulation of treatment sites is essential.
