Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech/X-Ray Tech) | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Silverdale, WA

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist to join a busy acute care Radiology department. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures while providing exceptional patient care and maintaining high imaging quality. This position requires flexibility to work across multiple imaging areas, including General X-ray, Fluoroscopy, the Operating Room, Emergency Department, and portable imaging.

Assignment Details

• 13-week travel assignment
• Day shift: Friday–Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• 12-hour shifts
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Documentation: EPIC
• PACS: SECTRA
• Department orientation provided during the first three days
• Schedule posted at least two weeks in advance
• Occasional call may be required with a 45-minute response time
• Holiday coverage required if scheduled
• Professional scrubs of any color permitted; hospital scrubs provided when working in the OR

Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent Radiology/X-Ray experience
• Operating Room (OR) experience is required
• Active ARRT (R) certification
• Current BLS certification
• Active state Radiologic Technologist license required at the time of submission
• Valid driver's license required
• Radiation badge required before the start of the assignment
• Personal lead markers are required
• Must be proficient in:
  • General X-ray
  • Fluoroscopy
  • Operating Room imaging
  • Emergency Department imaging
  • Portable X-ray exams
• Strong knowledge of radiation safety and imaging protocols
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced acute care environment
