The contractor will be assigned between 5-10 patients per day, equating to roughly 6-8 points. Each type of visit and activity (documentation, travel, etc.) holds a different point value. If there is a situation where the contractor is unable to meet their financial needs due to low patient census, they may discuss floating to a nearby clinic to pick up hours. Types of cases include Start of Care and Follow-Ups. No first-timers will be accepted; recent Home Health experience is required. Weekend requirements vary per location and profession; discussion during the interview is advised. On-call requirements vary per job/location, to be discussed with the manager during the interview. Documentation must be completed within 24 hours of the patient appointment. Delayed and incomplete documentation that impacts billing and follow-up patient care will result in cancellation. There are no guaranteed hours with this contract.
