About the Position

Job Title: MRI Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: MRI Tech Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: One or more years of experience in the field of Radiology. License: Must be registered in Radiology by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology with documented Continuing Education to maintain registration/certification. Certifications: Must have BLS certification. Must Have: ARRT R, ARRT (MR) preferred; may consider ARRT (R) if experienced. Description: Shift consists of 3x12 hours with every third weekend. Occasional overnight call may be required. Hours are from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM and/or 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM. Candidate must be a graduate of an AMA-approved program in Radiologic Technology, with an associate degree or higher preferred. Experience in Adult ICU, Adult Outpatient, ER/Trauma, and familiarity with GE and Siemens equipment is beneficial. Knowledge of PACS is preferred. The role includes potential weekend coverage and requires occasional call responsibilities. Fit testing is required; travelers must comply with health policies. A zero-tolerance policy for THC is in place. Medical marijuana cards are not accepted.
