About the Position

Job Title: MRI Tech Profession: Radiology/Cardiology Specialty: MRI Tech Duration: 14 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours (07:00 - 19:30) Experience: 2+ years Level 1 Trauma Center/teaching facility experience preferred License: State license not required Certifications: BLS, ARRT (MR) required Must-Have: Experience with Siemens MR, MRI Safety knowledge, experience with anesthesia and pediatric patients Description: This position is for a day shift MRI Tech with a schedule from Friday to Sunday. Candidates must have BLS and ARRT (MR) certifications. Knowledge of MRI safety, including how to research implants and adhere to scanning guidelines, is essential. Experience with anesthesia and working with pediatric patients is required. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center or teaching facility is preferred. Experience with Siemens MR systems is necessary. Familiarity with Epic and PACS is preferred. No call is required for this position. Local travelers within a specified radius are not accepted. Candidates may be required to float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals. Rehire eligibility checks will be conducted. All candidates must demonstrate prior experience and be aware of their previous employment status.
